Protest against Sneha's Visit

Sneha is caught in a controversy that is snowballing into a major religious issue. The actress has visited the Thiruvannamalai Temple and also participated in the Girivalam that the temple is famous for. The girivalam is a 14 km walk around the temple. Apparently, as per the religious faith and temple rules, the devotees are to walk the entire stretch barefoot. However, the actress, said to be suffering from a leg ailment, has been advised by her doctors to use a slipper at all times. Due to this, the actress was seen walking with her slippers on during the Girivalam. According to Sneha, she uses a special slipper made of cloth while visiting the temples and she had done so during the girivalam.

A religious group Hanuman Sena has taken offense to this and has held several protests in Vellore.

Sneha's Complaint for harassment

Sneha’s recent complaint to the Commissioner of Police T Rajendran bore the desired results with her tormentor for the past six months being arrested by the cyber crime sleuths. According to the complainant, N. Raghavendran has been harassing her by sending countless SMSs everyday proposing to marry her. Though the actress never, responded, she once SMSed him not to disturb her to which he refused to budge.

Raghavendran, a B.Com graduate, is into real estate business in Bangalore. He had come to Chennai to sign up a land deal where he was apprehended by the police team headed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police (Cyber Crime Cell) Dr. M. Sudhakar.

Prasanna speech about marriage

After performing in some intimate scenes with Sneha in Achamundu Achamundu, questions started rising relating to Prasanna and Sneha’s affair but Prasanna has termed all these as mere rumours.


The actor has clarified that he and Sneha are just good friends and tha they performed on those intimate scenes as it was the requirement of the script. He has further made clear that he won’t be marrying an actress and in-fact his parents are on the lookout for a girl outside the film industry.


Well, it would be interesting to see who would be the lucky one who comes in the actor’s life.

Achamundu Achamundu is ready to hit the screens on July 10th

India’s first Red One feature film, Achamundu Achamundu is all ready to hit the screens on July 10th. And if things go as planned, the film will be released in Telugu on the same day.

Achamundu Achamundu, which was featured in the Shanghai International Film Festival recently, was critically acclaimed by the audience and its director Arun Vaidyanathan was also much appreciated for his work.

The film’s producer Ananth Govindan said that the Censor Board has appreciated the team for churning out such a great entertainer and has awarded an U/A certificate for the film. Achamundu Achamundu stars Prasanna, Sneha and Hollywood star John Shea.
