Ayirathil Oruvan's Price delays the release

At this point of time, when there are no good releases, it’s a sodding mess for the film ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’. In spite of Selvaraghavan making a great attempt on different genre has no buyers for the film. Closer sources of producer Ravendran have mentioned that budget has exceeded above-the-line. To make up for the cost-factors, he had called for a higher rate of selling it to distributors.
Thusly, the buyers are backing off and Ravendran is quite perplexed on dealing with the situation. The film was supposed to be released by July end or first week of August. But now it looks like the film’s release is postponed further to September.

The Ayirathil Oruvan maze
Subsequent to Selvaraghavan’s official announcement about the release of Ayirathil Oruvan, a poster of the movie about the movie’s audio release is out. Done in visual graphics, the entire poster has a ‘mummy returns’ look and feel to it, as if to confirm Selva’s affirmations about the movie being a period-fantasy. Touted to be a fast-paced fantasy flick, Ayirathil Oruvan is also of a genre totally unexplored in Tamil cinema, according to the director. While the audio, in G V Prakash’s music, will be released on June 14, 2009 the movie will hit the screens during the month of July, with Karthi, Reema Sen and Andriya in the lead.
