FilmFare awards 2008 on July 31st

The 56th FilmFare awards will be handed over for the films that released in the year 2008. The glittering event, marking the awards ceremony, will be held in Hyderabad. All the south Indian language films – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada – will be judged by the jury.

The FilmFare awards are considered to be the most prestigious awards, next to the National awards. The awards ceremony will be held jointly by Idea Cellular and FilmFare magazine. A grand event will be held on July 31st in which film personalities from the south Indian circuit are expected to participate.
