Vijay's behavior with fans

Vijay, who is stationed in Pollachi, for his latest flick Vettaikaran had a harrowing experience when his frenzied fans mobbed him to create a near-stampede situation. The fans, after knowing the star’s whereabouts in Pollachi for the shoots, visited the spot to catch a glimpse of him and for autographs.

Vijay was immediately frisked off from the area and his security personnel cordoned off the location to avoid a stampede. However, the situation remained tense for a few hours since the angry fans indulged in verbal slur with Vijay’s security personnel.
